Main activity of Road Signalization Workshop at Hydrostroy AD: Design, manufacture and installation of traffic organization and safety devices - road signs and boards, guardrails and fences, posts, road sign stands, road marking and any other devices according to the BDS requirements. The production complies with Regulation for the Essential Requirements to Constructions and Conformity Assessment of Construction Products. Since September 2009 Hydrostroy AD holds a Certificate of Compliance for road signs manufacturing issued by Independent Construction Laboratory “Infrastructure EOOD” certifying compliance with BDS 1517 and BDS EN 12899-1 requirements.

Accredited at the Bulgarian Accreditation Service Executive Agency according to BDS EN ISO 17025:2006 with accreditation range for performing crushed stone testing/road foundations aggregates and asphalt pavements, sand for road pavements, mineral flour for asphalt mixtures, viscous petroleum bitumen for road construction, bitumen emulsions, hot asphalt mixtures for road pavements/asphalt mixtures, construction soils and road structures, supplementary mineral materials/concrete aggregates, concrete mixtures, hardened concrete.

The quarry is located in the Tsarevi Livadi area, near the district of Suvorovo, Varna municipality. For production the best equipment is used, among which is the crushing and screening plant METSO, manifactured in 2011. The capacity of the machine is 400 tons of production per hour. Products available: Aggregates with different fractions of bituminous mixtures and pavements for roads and transport areas, concrete and other mixtures, certified according to BS EN 13043:2005 / AC: 2005;

Hydrostroy AD has its own gas station servicing the company auto transport and mechanization. It is available to about 200 specialized cars and its capacity is 100 000 liters. Keeping abreast with the latest technologies, the gas station is equipped with integrated software system with a continuous refueling cycle without the presence of an operator. Petroleum products storehouses have a capacity of 100 000 liters.

The company has open and closed areas for material storage used for current and winter road maintenance (lye, sand, anti-icing).

The main activity of Hydrostroy AD Varna Repair and Service Workshop is current and planned repair of transport equipment and construction mechanization equipment owned by the company. The activity is performed in a specialized hall in the area of the Repair Depot, Topoli, equipped with heated rooms and necessary equipment. Our workers are trained automechanics, road construction machinery mechanics, electric fitters, a turner and welders. Mechanics perform preliminary checks of auto transport equipment and construction mechanization equipment on a daily basis before they leave the depot. For prompt reaction in case of break-down of machines used on sites outside the depot. The Repair and Service Workshop has two service vehicles equipped with the necessary tools, as one of them is cross-country. It is set up on a closed area of 1040 sq. m. The working process is strictly monitored by two competent engineers and three mechanics. The unit activity complies with the Integrated Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to BDS EN ISO 9001:2008, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and EN ISO 14001:2004.

Manufacture and assembly of various products – fences, metal doors, gates, stair and balcony handrails, metal grates and covers, scaffoldings, advertising panels and boards, spiral staircases, fire escape ladders for private and public buildings and hotels.
